Two-storey house with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Two bathrooms. Air conditioning in all rooms. Kitchen area with everything you need. A bar is at guests' disposal. Very friendly owner. All the time he was wondering if we needed anything else, he came with refreshments! The beach is sandy, hot, fresh air and sometimes windy. You can go to Athens by bus, it passes every hour at the bus-stop nearby the villa.

The Villa is well equipped, nothing is missing. They also provide coffee and tea, as well as fruits and a bottle of wine. The staff very kind and available when we needed something. Air-condition in every room was perfect. The area around the villa is peaceful, up the hill. The sea is visible from the balcony. Only a few minutes to the beach. The beach has sand and peebles and the water is very clear. We had great time at the beach bar. You can take the bus to Athens, or a taxi, its about one hour..

You can find all that you need at the villa, it’s calm and beautiful !!! The fotos are not so beautiful as this place in true !!! The beach is one of the best beaches in the coast. The water is very clean !!! In general we really loved it !!! We went with three children (12, 3 years old and the youngest, just five months old) !!!

THE BLUE-FLAG AWARDED BEACH
Villa Naya is 2 min walk from a wonderful beach and its beach bars.
The beach is awarded the Blue Flag from the European Tourism Organization.
The beach bars serve good cocktails, fruit salads,pizza, club sandwich and cheeseburgers.
The right side of the beach is not organised with umbrellas & beds, if you prefer your privacy.
The left side has two joyful beach bars with sunbeds and good service. Enjoy!!
Toilets & dressing rooms are provided right above the beach bar.
Rent a kayak, a canoe or a sea bike and explore the coast.
The bars stay open all day long until late at night with sea vibes
Right above the beach bar you can play at a beach tennis court.
At the right side of the beach you can find a souvlaki kiosk. Enjoy greek fast food!!
A walk along the coast at the left is a must, as you can enjoy the sea view from the hill and find small ouzo taverns by the beach.

Villa Naya is a spacious and fully equipped villa with a fabulous garden 2 min from the waters.
On the ground level, there is a fully organised kitchen, an extra large living room, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub.
The spacious garden includes a patio, a dining table, a barbeque, a classic oven and a garden shower amongst trees and flowers
Upstairs, 2 spacious bedrooms a second bathroom and a large balcony.
One of the bedrooms is connected through stairs to a small attic with a double bed.
From the balcony there is a wonderful view to the sea as well as to the surrounding garden of the villa.
Fast 100mbps Wi-Fi is available at all premises of the Villa.
For entertainment there is a 49 inch smart TV with EON satellite sports & movies and NETFLIX featured.
Fresh towels & clean sheets are provided
All necessary appliances are provided at the Villa.
